For one exciting day, the streets in downtown Northbrook are closed to create this fast-paced 1.1km (.75 mile) bike racing course.
Picnic anywhere along the route, in the Village Green Park, or in the shaded neighborhood streets. Or visit any of the downtown establishments who are open all day (and into the night!)

It takes a village… literally! This race is organized by a small, passionate group of neighbors who love cycling and are working closely with the Village of Northbrook on this one day bike race. If you are interested in helping us, for example as a course marshal, please contact us.

Please say “THANK YOU” to all the homes and businesses along the routes. The streets are closed for one long day, which creates this festive environment. But it also disrupts their normal traffic (and blocks their driveways). We are very grateful for their cooperation.
